    Default Respawning beastmen and orcs.

    Where is the script that permits beastmen armies and orcs to return after being destroyed? I'd like to extend the time it takes for them to come back or just completely eliminate those scripts if I can't. While I understand their reasons for putting in these measures, I'd just like to tailor the game to my own preferences.

    I believe it's in: data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\campaign_script.txt

    From when I looked at it, it seems as if it might be difficult to stop beastmen from respawning without eliminating all of their spawns after turn one. I'd imagine extending it by changing the random counter variable would be your best bet. I might have been looking at the wrong script though.

    Also, be prepared to be disgusted by the sheer amount of stack spawn everywhere (it's handled in the same document). After looking at it, I'd wouldn't be surprised if most AI factions didn't produce a single unit through normal means in the first 50 turns.

    Edit: Oh, and it's a smart idea to make backups if you are going to edit things. Campaign_script is one of the most frequent causes of CTDs.
