I wondering if this will run sg2 smoothly also if you click the specs tab to look at the specs you will se there is like 5 prossessors types? maybe some one could explain that to me also tell me if the graphic card is good

no it wont run that good, the gpu was launched last year and its mid range and for the cpu aim for quads, those are denoted by the q in the model number.
