    Hi guys,

I think if we want 100% historical accuracy we need a time machine and go
back to the timeframe to watch the science by ourselves.

But something completely diffrent.. Is it possible to use the RS2 environments or
    will that cause a ctd?

    Sorry for my bad english.

    Thanks & Greets

    Marc

    Hey mate...
Rome total war folder/Preferences folder/ and in the settings you change show_banner to FALSE...

    It is a bit hidden.
You go to the preferences file in your game folder (for example "Rome Total War Gold") and in this preferences.txt file you set SHOW_BANNERS:FALSE.

    EDIT:
    You got me Stratege.

Hello...I believe it's possible mate...but I'm not sure about the ctd cause R.S environments are really tricky to handle....

    Dear Darth Vader,

Greetings, heres are some of Points of view and opinions/feedback of v.9.1

~ My impression of the mod is very good and easy installation

~Balance Change~ IMHO I recommend adding a SECONDARY attack for units that use PIKE/PHALANX formation.

REASON - IMO I agree that without the SECONDARY attack units will perform like they should but i had some nasty battles where some units for example: Militia hoplites, they would thrust their spears upward and will miss constant, and die to flanks or to many miss attacks.

Change - What I did was simple, i just gave them a SECONDARY attack with same damage as their spears, just reduce accuracy. If i need too ill buff/nerf for my self.

Summary - You don't have to do what i say, just opinion/feedback. The battles feel a lot better, just wish the AI was a bit smarter, I notice a huge difference between Rome AI and Alex AI.

BUG~ There is invalid UI card missing for the spain warlord imperial campaign, check it out.

BATTLE SUMMARY~ they seem way to short, try to make it a bit more decisive IMO.

SUGGESTION~ If you please fix what i suggest ^ above and if you can make each "faction" special in its own way. AKA Give a faction strength and weakness, that cover each other so it won't be unfair. That way each faction you play will feel even more different even though it quite is. Also adding new animations would be nice addition. Maybe consider it as a ADDON. The animations im talking bout is EB animations+RTR. 2hand pikement look so good plus overhand hoplites.

Thanks Darth Vader for this mod. I enjoyed it. Thank you

    Hey Darth

Great mod. Really breathes new life into the game for me.

I'm playing the Europa map as Julii on hard/hard and it is a good difficulty level overall. One point that makes the campaign a little tedious is the autoresolve. I think the autoresovle doesn't recognize the value of defensive posistions. Holding bridge points is a great way to slaughter the enemy! But fighting a one or two bridge battles every turn gets boring. For example, I just played two back to back bridge battles with the same army. My army faced two full stacks of Gauls, one right after the other. With half a stack I killed almost all of them. However for the purpose of comparison for this post, I went back to the first battle and autoresolved. Only 50 of my men survided and they only killed around 200 of the enemy.

    @IMPK

I have seen in a documentation about this timeframe, that Fights between soldiers don't take a long time.

    IMPORTANT MESSAGE !!!!!

The new ENVIRONMENT of RS2 works only with Barbarian Invasion...

    Not with Rome Total War!

Rome doesn't start after installing the new graphics...

I didn't use that because I didn't know that before- but downloading now! ;-)

    Thank you for that hint!!

that map looks a bit better than the RS2 map I will overwrite the data :-) for a try

Do you know a soundmod, for darthmod?

Hi Marc. the only sound mod that I use is the Marcus Camillus 1.1 Remix mod. You can find this mod at the RTR Forums. It plays RTR music and vanilla music combine. The question you asked at the Darths feedback thread is yes. I used the Ager Romanus mod and it works perfect. So far I have no crashes to my list. You can only use the Provincial game only. I hope that all of this helps you. PS. If you want a good sound mod for battles, try Grantos Brutal Battles mod at the RS2 forums IT makes the battles sound more intriguing.

    Dear Legio Romani,

thank you for your hints and your help, I will take a look at the soundmods in the next days.

The graphics of darthmod are already very good, so RS2 Environment is not used.

Thank you very much Legio Romani!!
