The sun was near setting as Edmure Tully was on the balcony of his solar looking over the Red Fork and its glistening current. He had just received word of the supposed Targaryen invasion landing on Tarth. As King Robert was off marshaling his forces, Edmure couldn't stop but wonder if the realm would split once more. If this Viserys is a true Targaryen, the likes of the Reach and Dorne would quickly answer to their call, Edmure thought, King Robert must quell this scandal immediately before it gets out of hand. The wind began picking up as maester Devan walked in with a small message. "My Lord, a raven from the Vale."

As the maester handed him the letter, Edmure read: Nephew, the tides of war are upon us. Rally the banners. I have taken my leave of the Bloody Gate and ride for Riverrun. I will arrive within a fortnight.

I expect all lords physically capable of battle present when they arrive with their hosts. We must support King Robert, but I have duties with my subjects as well. I cannot send thousands of fathers and sons to their death if it is against their wishes. I will find common cause with all my lords before the first sword is sheathed."

The Lord Mace Tyrell has decided to declare for the Targaryen's and take arms in the name of the rightful king, Viserys Targaryen the third of his name, the true King on the Iron Throne, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar of the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm.

We have not forgot when the Usurper killed many of our men in the Battle of Ashford, When he killed Elia Martell and Rhaeger Targaryen with all of their children.

We will see Viserys Targaryen on the throne, where he belongs and see your Usurper corpse is hanged on the walls of the Red Keep.

First, about the House Arryn, should i play as the Robert Arryn is a young emo boy and his mother Lysa Arryn is in control of the Vale's Forces, or maybe at this Hotseat Robert will be wise enough, despite his 6 years, to manage his vassals?

Second, we'll count Cersei being from Baratheon of Crownlands?

Third, why Theon Greyjoy is not under my control, i never said he could leave Winterfell !

Ravens are sent to all the principal noble houses of Westeros bearing a scroll emblazoned with the Arryn sigil adorns it, inside is some writing, signatures, and a crude but accurate map.

The following are declared upon by the council of Lords to Lord Robert Arryn of the Vale.

Henceforth from this day until the establishment of a final peace and end to the current war, the Vale of Arryn imposes the following restrictions to its regional borders.

The Declaration of the Narrow Sea

-No foreign ship of any kind may travel north of Crack Claw point without express permission fron Lord Gerold Grafton of Gulltown. (1)
-No foreign ship of any kind may travel south of the Paps or east of the Three Sisters without express permission from Lord Robar Coldwater of Coldwater. (2)
-All ships hailing from any region save the Vale are prohibited from entering the Bay of Crabs, now claimed by the Lords of the Vale from this day until the day on which peace is established, with the exceptions of fleets raised in that region..
-Any fleet or ship forced into the aforementioned areas for reason of storm or war have ((1 turn)) to make for safe waters, or they will be taken.
-Violation of the above terms mean war with the Vale of Arryn and immediate hostile action.

The Declaration of the Mountains of the Moon

-No foreign force of any kind may travel down the High Road into the Mountains of the Moon towards Eyrie without express permission from Lord Robert of the Eyrie himself or his Steward, Lord Nestor Royce of the Gates. (A)
-No foreign force of any kind may travel through the northern pass of the Mountains of the Moon towards Coldwater without express permission from Lord Robar Coldwater of Coldwater or his castellan. (B)
-No foreign force of any kind may travel through the southern pass of the Mountains of the Moon directly east of Saltpans towards Redfort without express permission from Lord Horton Redfort or his castellan. (C)

I would Die Before i Let another man ascend the Iron Throne the throne is Roberts by rites of conquest that land belongs to a real king Robert Baratheon. The last real Targaryen kings rein ended when his heart was pierced by my blade. I will not suffer the rule of another mad Targaryen espacially a mad boyking with a lust for our lieges blood.

Lord Edmure Tully is single and ready to mingle. If any faction wishes to marry their princess to the Lord Paramount of the Riverlands, send a raven and we will negotiate.

Also, the Blackfish is single too. This mans love is harder to acquire, though. You'll have a better chance marrying a horse, but its worth a try.

I will marry these two off within 2-3 turns if no one is interested in binding our houses

Sansa will spawn in the Vale in a few turns, and Arya I suppose is still in KL since there has been no coup.

Also, Edmure is willing to marry the lovely Sansa Stark, even though it is weird that Catelyn Tully is her mom.

Sansa and Arya can be considered as being either at King's Landing, or with Eddard Stark. If either Eddard or KL is defeated/taken and you have not indicated that they have been led to safety before the battle (in the RP), then they are 'captured'.

If you wish to move the girls, you may move them (together or separately) one settlement at a time ,either by PMing me or publicly announcing it.

If Sansa is 'captured', she is assume to be held by whomever took her until she spawns in the Vale.

This is purely for RP purposes, and a bit of a laugh.
