problems with game freezing

I have played Shogun 2 for a while and it freezes at the end of almost every battle and i have to restart my computer. (please note this almost never happens during the battle but only once the battle has ended and the victor is concluded) This happens in multiplayer and almost every game ends in me never being able to see victory-loss stats because my game freezes up. My game usually runs perfectly with no lag in ultra but i have also tried using low setting to see if that would fix the problem, yet it did not. (it still froze up at same rate) This is a highly annoying problem that has been very annoying to me, and my "friends" (or at least i assume, as they are not really friends but online friends as my real friends do not play the game)
In short i do not see why it is doing this, and i have used steam to check my file integrity and it says it is fine. Please help me and give any suggestions in this manner you can, as i am at a loss for words on what could cause this.

Phenom II 4x (quad core) 3.4ghz CPU
4 gigabytes ram
ATI (also called Radion) Saphire HD 7750 1gb GPU (graphics card)
500 gigabytes hard drive

Lower your ingame graphics settings. Go dx9 instead of dx11 and see if you can see the end.

Dude...i thought i made it clear that i have tried lowering graphics and different setting and eerything in my initial post.

Post your dxdiag. It could be a driver problem or even need to run Windows Update manually to see what's missing in software options.

i dont see how i can even run a Dxdiag since it wont let me leave screen when game freezes up

I know HOW to its just it wont let me do it when game freezes up because only way it lets me back on computer is if i restart it.

Read the instructions. The game, any program, has nothing to do with running it.

u mean u don't want to see error info but u just want to see pc info? u want me to use tool to diagnose error or to just show pc stats? I already described pc stats [unless you somehow need more information] and i cannot diagnose an error because i have to force shut down my pc just to leave the game when it freezes. specify which on of these you meant.
