    S.T.E.P.
    Super Total Effect Points
    an implementation to Withwnar's TEPI





    i've humbly (copy and paste) expanded vanilla TEPI to all (so i think) existing Attributes.

    As far as i tested it it should be ALWAYS COMPATIBLE
    don't know about other mods. try it. (it depends on some files)

    WHY NOT S.T.E.P.?

    - if you are scared of waiting between turns. Since it adds many triggers, it might slow down M2TW
