I changed the starting year in Rise of Samurai at 1000, but after only 4 turns everyone in my faction clan dies. If I click there names they have like 1234567 as Age. How do you fix this if you change the start date ?

My guess is something to do with their age or birth date, if such thing exists on the game.

Whoa...that is just scary.
If you want to play an extended campaign, I recommend you download Radious' mod which extends the end date a few decades.
