What's some good video capture software?
Ok so I've tried fraps and it doesn't seem to work that well. I really don't like the fact that the output files are all 4gb and I'd have to splice them together.
My requirements are:
It's gonna need to output at at least 5 frames per second (no I'm not kidding)
It's gonna need to record audio from my microphone (I don't think there's anything I've seen that has a problem with this)
I'd like it to output up to an hour of video in one big file, even if that file is 200gb that's fine
I also need something that's going to be able to convert that big file into a 20-100mb file for youtube (youtube accepts pretty much any standard format so don't worry about that)
My specs:
Windows 8 pro 64 bit
6gb ddr 2 ram
e8400 (3ghz core 2 duo intel cpu... kinda old... but fps isn't important for this task)

First of all you want to compress everything you record, as just about all recording software will record in .avi
CamStudio is free and I find really good, it can capture the speakers noise and your microphone if my memory serves me well. You can also just record certain parts of your screen.
