I have encounter a little problem though there has been a general lack of mercenary/special regiments... which doesn't add up with what I remember... and when i encounter the other empire states armies... they are full of bright wizards/which hunters/priests of ulrich ect. so far playing 4 empire states I've only received Warrior priests of Sigmar and a group of merc's who have swords/pike men / crossbowmen / light calvery / cannon
AI factions get a metric ton of "special units" gifted to them through various scripts.

Reikland get this every 12 turns as well as other more situational scripts that also gift Bright Wizards, Warpriests and Witch Hunters. Other factions have equivalent scripts.
