    Default Sparta's "middle finger"

When you look at Sparta's "middle finger" you can see it has three province border lines (two in grey and one in yellow). Is this to trigger a war with Rome, Carthage and/or the Ptolemaeoi?

its a way to train mercs there that you wouldnt normally be able to recruit without traveling far and wide to find them. only way to get there is by boat. its also a historical place where mercs went to camp and find work.

Unfortunately, it seems you can't walk a general to that recruiting point.
