roman rebellion in non-roman campaign?
Hi, I started one turn campaign for Carthage and I noticed that the roman rebellion didn't happend, is this correct? When the player playing for other faction than rome, roman rebellion does not start?

Well the AI is not that smart and that good to fight both the romn rebels and the Cathraginians so i thinkthat the rebelion only occures while the player control rome

The Romans only have rebellions if played by the player. The AI Rome simply couldn't handle it. By removing the roman rebels every other faction can also enjoy the second "normal" rebel faction.
