Fallout 3 Graphics Problem

So I only got Fallout 3 recently for my PC, and then only a few days ago I got New Vegas. I started noticing something recently(it wasn't always like this) on my New Vegas game, I first noticed the graphics problem with my pip boy, the screen of the pip boy was fine, but the rest of the pip boy was blurry and looked like

, i couldn't even read the "items/data/status" words. The rocks are blurry, the textures of the people look like

. I didn't know why this was happening, the graphics are all set to high and ultra, and it wasn't always this way, when I played fallout 3 it looked fine! But when I went back to see if the same thing was present in Fallout 3, it was the exact same problem. Why has it changed? I will post pics in a minute.

Any ideas? I'm pretty bummed out over it to be honest. I was enjoying the game until this happened out of nowhere. The funny thing is, I seemed to ignore it for a while and then I realized something was up.

Anyone? lol I honestly can't play the game like this.

Jeez, give us some time. We are a multi-timezone community. Expect to be answered in a day rather than a few hours. I'm not an expert, but have you tried setting the settings to default again?

yup,, its so strange man, I even tried putting the graphics settings down to low, it just made it worse, lol. Its weird. I will try again and report back.

All right. Maybe the problem is you've actually put your settings too low?

I don't think so, everything i s set to ultra and high now and before.

You might want to try uninstalling Fallout 3 then, see if it still doesn't work. If it still doesn't work then i'd recommend trying to re-install New Vegas.
