    Default Population Growth Bug

First off, I just wanted to say what an awesome mod this is! I can't believe how much fun I'm having and how much detail and work have been put into this work, so thank you to everyone who had a hand in developing, testing, and releasing this great mod.

I'm playing a campaign as the Normans and I've noticed a small bug that I haven't been able to find the solution to as of yet. Whenever I build buildings that give a bonus to population growth, like the horse mill building, nothing happens and the population growth rate stays the same. I'm concerned that my cities won't grow and my game will become stagnant. Anyone else encountered this problem? Any idea of how to fix it?

I encountered this, but in some cases, I got the bonus, and in some other cases, I didn't.
I guess the bonus itself is little, and doesn't show up on the details screen.

Or it is a bug, dunno.

This happens in all mods. I don't think it's a bug, but an instance of not having reached a "breakpoint". If you've played Diablo 2, you will know what that means. I don't think that every bonus from a building is applied directly but processed through a modifier (like Squalor) first. If the Horse Mill gives 0.5% growth increase but the Squalor in the settlement is high, then the net benefit from the Horse Mill might be only 0.25%, but since the game only works in increments of minimum 0.5%, you won't get an actual increase in population growth. If you build another building with 0.5% growth bonus, the Squalor will reduce it to 0.25%, which will get added to the net 0.25% from the Horse Mill for a total of 0.5% that the game will accept and now you'll have 0.5% population growth in the settlement.

There were too much bonuses and insane growth so I put a limiter in the relevant .xml file. So every growth bonus gives the half of its namely value.
