Pressure mark on my smartphone
So I just bought a Huawei Ascend (best bang for the buck I ever had with a phone...) precisely 7 days ago.
After I had dinner tonight I went for a café and I had my phone in the backpocket. When I get up from the chair I quickly realised I was in a world of
.
No need to say, the screen was now marked. There's this stain in the screen. It still has colour and the touchscreen works, but its contrast is different and it's just awful to look at.
WHY, WHY did I have do this.
Anyway, the law says I have 24 months of warranty, and I have 14 days to swap my phone on-the-spot at a Vodafone store without needing Vodafone needing to check in with Huawei.
I am going back to Lisbon next Monday, so by Monday I'll go to a Vodafone store. The phone has no scratch at all, and is as if it just came out from the box. Do you think they will accept the phone? I also kept all the original packaging and whatnot, with care.
Or is there any way of fixing this mess without needing to resort to Vodafone? I'd prefer it...
