Shogun 2 Crashes at Trademark Screen

I have never been able to play the game because when i start it up it just freezes at the trademark screen and then i press Ctrl+alt+delete and start up task manager and it says not responding.

my DxDiag (system information) is attached if it helps.

Contact Gigabyte support for a BIOS update that works for the game.

Everybody so far with your motherboard has had to contact their support people.
