Your logic is nonsensical. NinjaCow will kill the people who vote to lynch him, not the people who follow his lead. You are endangering your life and your rupee total; it's a tactical blunder.

If you want to look at it that way, "we" want more people to vote for NinjaCow so he needs to run out of money quickly. And you want him to pay upfront in case he is lynched today and can't give you the rupees. And in case he doesn't actually have enough rupees to pay everyone. Hell, I could even offer specific people rupees to change your votes, like I could offer you, Zuccino, and one or two people that have voted for Ninja 6 rupees to change your vote. In the end Ninja will just escalate the price because it's his neck on the line, and I'm not being voted for.
