At the beginning: I'm sorry for all the grammar and errors that occur (be)
I'm looking forward to The Great War 5.0, just like everyone here probably and can not wait for the day when I can siege Paris with my Krupp siege artillery
But one thing is very important for me and I was very annoyed by this in the older versions...
YOU CAN'T MAKE FINAL PEACE WITH YOUR ENEMIES.
Because there's always a "- 400" historical grievances in the Diplomacy. And it never get less, even If I really want a peace and give them like 10.000 and the half of my provinces. Sry, but for me that's really unlogical... you really should change and update your Diplomacy starting conditions. I have no problem with a france that's hating me at the beginning, but in the later history you should be able to get a normal or friendly relation to any state, even the enemy. That would make the whole campaign more logical and more fun to play, because then you're able to play on also after "The Great War". I hope you guys change also the end year in about 1950, because the tech progress of WW1 is not that older than in WW2.
And one last thingThe 4.8 patch already tried) Make more regions be able to get independent, like Czechoslovakia (Prag, Olmütz) or Lithuania (Vilnius)
Thank you for this wonderful Mod and good wishes for a release of 5.0 in the next weeks![]()
