    Default How long does diplomatic penalties last?

    Does anyone know? I brokered peace with a neighboring clan, but seeing their capital empty the next turn, I took it.

    Now how long do the penalties last?

    Their effect gets reduced by one each turn, no?
    I don't think they time out as such, just get reduced to zero over time.
