We should do a CK2 multiplayer game where everyone is an English count, duke, or William the Conqueror. Would start after the conquest, obviously. If we run out of historical Englishmen, we could instead be the HRE or start much later in the 100 Years War (though that would probably be a roflstomp).

I believe there's a Saxon lord or two who are under the Scottish King rather than William.
I think that should be allowed because it's part of the Kingdom of England de jure.

It should be that, as long as the character is within either the actual Kingdom of England or the de jure Kingdom of England, they are playable.
