Default Game freezes/Halts gameplay mid turn cycle

Hey there! Before I go off and describe what keeps ruining an otherwise awesome mod for RTW, I really really love what the game has been turned into. I was so excited to play as the romano-british (Graal knights in the vanilla are crazy), So you can see where I'd be a little confused when I can only get about 10-12 turns in and everything just goes black. This seems to happen after I activate the script from the advisor, but other mods I've had experience with require you to do this (times events, etc). Is it possible my problem stems from the script? and, If I don't activate it, Will I be missing out on a big part of the gameplay for the Romano-British?

Thanks for giving this a read. By the way, Love the mod- Just wish I could play it longer than 15 turns

Do not activate the script. The script is buggy and will cause these kind of things to happen. We therefore advice everyone to play without activating the script. So, when the advisor pops up in the left corner, simply ignore it.
