A Fantasy RPG based Total Conversion on Shogun 2?

Maybe you know our Team Infracta (1648, 1237, Aventuria, Empire strikes back Submod (CoW Reikland into TA) and more).
At the moment we´re in discussion about going into Shogun 2 Modding.
Maybe with our (until now M2 mod) Aventuria, a Mod based on RPG Fantasy World of The Dark Eye (known from Drakensang and other Games).

But we´re unsure about the scope of Shogun 2 Modding. What is with the Ship models? What is with these funny japanese Sieges, i cant imagine Dwarfs climbing on orcish Walls like Ninja-Monkeys
What is with cultures, religions, scripted events, a new map with regions, or animations of ,as example, shields?

There are many questions about Shogun 2 Modding and making a TC.

What do you think about TC Modding based on Shogun 2? Possible or not?
( Although we don´t believe in Modding in RTW2, not after the bad experience with ETW/NTW and long time Shogun 2. )

Dont bother in my opinion unless you manage to reconcile japanese elements still overriding in almost every facet of the game. Then again, its called Shogun 2 for a reason.

Okay. I think Shogun 2 isnt modable for real TCs. Its to hardcoded japanese.
We will stay at Medieval 2.
