A mixed assembly of plebeians and patricians. All the tribes gather at this assembly, mostly in order to elect magistrates, but also for choice referendum votes. Plebeians generally voted along the same lines as their patrons in the patrician classes. Only Consuls can convene this assembly, as it is a military assembly.

The Consul calls for the assembly of the Comitia in order to affirm Priestly appointments. All men eligible for military service may attend.

At length the Consul took the dais set up in front of the Campus Martius and delivered his message.

"Quirites, I have gathered the assembly in order to allow the Populus Romanus to confirm my appointments to various priesthoods. The following are my appointments:

Lucius Pullus for the High Priesthood of Saturn.

Lucius Tiberinus for the Priesthood of Jupiter Stator

Publius Valerius for the Flamen Quirinalis

In addition I will hold a general election for the position of Flamen Dialis, but before we begin that election I would ask any with grievances to make them known to me now. "

Very well! I shall consider the appointments confirmed by the Centuries! Our next order of business is to elect the Flamen Dialis. We shall do this by dropping markers into one of two amphora. To elect Marcus Servius, place a pebble in the amphora to the left. To elect Marcus Lucullus, place a pebble in the amphora to the right
