CTD when I try to use the settlements' list

Hi. I'm playing SS 6.3. I've never had this problem until now. The game craches when I try to use the settlements list (when I click on it). I think it might have something to do with the amount of regions controlled. I've conquered 120 regions with the bizantine empire. When I load previous saves (119 or 33 regions controlled) I can click and use the settlement list and the game doesn't crashes.

I've modded descr_campaign_db.xml and descr_campaign_ai_db.xml, in order to fix the devastation bug and to mod the age values of the characters.

what do?
