Question, what's a competition point? How many are needed for a medal/award-thingy?

At the minute they are just a unit. However after a few more ROTM's I hope for a Curial proposal to pass that will create ROTM Medals... so like 6 points is a bronze medal, 12 a silver, 24 a gold.
