Sorry for the delay. I was making sure KingRussell wanted to play and that he understood the rules as he is a new to the mod and this isn't really a good hotseat to jump right in. He as agreed and he says he understands everything. Now hopefully the game can run smoothly.

Also slight rule clarification for allying with joffrey.

Joffrey may not break off an alliance,until turn 26, just as joffrey cannot refuse an alliance. When a player breaks off an alliance with joffrey the during the 2 turn notice they are still allied with joffrey, meaning they cannot declare victory till the 2 turns are up.

I m not sure if understand the forts Rule well.
Correct me if im wrong:
If i attack an enemy in his land and he has allready a fort built in that region . I cant built an other Fort there. e.g. waiting for reinforcement.
If tat is not like that so what it means by saying Ask the oppnent player to leave his fort?
And about -/+ : -4/+4 means if a faction win 4 settelement more, then declare it and keep them all for 2 turns he is the winner?

About forts: yep, a player who had previously built a fort in a region can tell you to gtfo of a fort you build afterwards (Technically you shouldn't build a second fort in the first place)

And the victory conditions are just like you say. In alliance victory the victory numbers and starting regions of both factions are summed.

The first battle for the coast of the Westlands is over.The Westland host under Quentyn Banefort was massacred in the night by Victarion and the levies of the Iron Fleet.

The entire west coast of Westeros has been claimed as "off limits" by the Ironborn. The ports of both Seagard and Flint's Finger have been blockaded and the Northern navy has been sunk. Any ships found north of Lannisport will be considered an enemy of the king, regardless of their alliegance, and be sunk on sight.
