The big diffs between this and SS 6.4 is:

No economy building really
No siege units
No spies

Utter total war is what you get^^

All of the above (no spies and no siege weapons) makes forts in this very important for holding strategic areas and for slowing down the enemy so do not forget to use them.

Shame I can't raze the useless buildings in fortresses, citadels, and large towns. Of my nine starting settlements, three are large towns, and then there's Riverrun and Harrenhal.

Sorry been busy and haven't had much time.

In regards to the buildings, your enemies can't destroy them either giving you a shot to take them back in tact.

Regarding forts:

1 fort per faction per region with an exception. Just as before if a player has built the first fort in a region they have the right to demand the opposing player to leave their fort. If not they will be punished accordingly. The 1 fort per faction per region was only put in to account for "accidental" forts but now I guess you can use them strategically so take note.

I contacted King Russell about renly but he hasn't responded. How about you dux? As of now renly is still available and I would like to fiqure out what is happening before the end of this round.

@amon The punishment is 3k. So effectively the cost of a watchtower is 3200.

ALL monetary punishments will be done before my turn whenever I ask dux to check for rules violations to speed up the process.

I'd rather not just to be fair...

If every single player agrees then fine but this will be absolutely the last. Somebody already broke a rule and I gave them a pass since it is a new rule. However the watchtower rule has already been talked about a lot already so everybody should know.

Refused, he knew of the rule then built a watch tower, letting him off without a punishment only gives him an unfair advantage and shows that the rules can be bent on a whim.
