Ok i'll get right to the point. So a few weeks ago, it was very hot outside. My PC is very warm even if it is cold outside so you could imagine that it was quite hot that day. So i was sitting inside playing World of Warcraft (dont ask) on full graphic settings and so on. And suddenly the computer just shut itself down. "Oh ****!" was the only thing i could say as i noticed that you could barely hold your hand on the PC chassi without getting burned.
So i pressed the start-button. It hummed a little as it usually does when it starts. But after a few seconds it just gave up and shut down again before it had even started. So i waited until the next day as i thought it would be ok if it could cool down a little.
And the next day i tried. it started as usual. No error messages or anything. Everything was normal. But then after i had been playing a few minutes, it shut down again. But this time it wasnt even remotely hot. It was quite cool actually.
I couldnt start it directly afterwards. But after a few inutes it started as usual. Everything was normal. Then to my great dispair i noticed that the computer would shut down every time i played a game a few minutes. Everything else works as it should. Its just the games that makes it shut down.
Im going to call customer service or something but i have no idea what is wrong so i doubt they can help very much. So if you have the slightest idea of what could be wrong or broken, please say it! I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. Altough im not very good with the technical things about the computer.![]()
Please help me!
