    Default Medieval II: Total War email error message

    Hi,

    I just purchased the game went on Game Spy got my ID, I've posted questions on there too. Anyway, after I got the game ID I went to try to play the Online Battles. I entered my game spy ID, my registered email address and the password that I used for game spy. All this was entered and verified to be correct but I keep getting an error message stating "failed to log on invalid player email". Can someone please help.
