Looks to me like either you modified your files or downloaded a submod. Janissary Heavy Infantry should not be available to the Moors, which is why there is no unit card.
Edit: There probably isn't a battle model either. If you want to make them available to the Moors, I wrote a short guide to doing that.
How can I remove that unit from that faction, or should I just make it so they are available?
I am using the 6.4 version and I have downloaded a sub mod which optimizes the script to make the end turns faster. Also I have not modified any files of the game, and you're right when there is no battle model for them.
Just checked the campaign_script for that submod, and yeah, it's a mistake they made.

You can fix the script, but you'd need to start a new campaign for the changes to take effect. If you want to keep playing your current campaign, the best course of action is to simply accommodate for Janissary Heavy Infantry for the Moors.

How would I fix this? Sorry I'm not sure what files are needed to be edited, thanks. Do I just edit the export_descr_unit.txt and add ownership to the Moors?
