Hotsuma script

I've been doing some research into the woshide script used in the Hotsuma Tsutae. So far I can't seem to find a complete list though. There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy between the statement of there being only 48 characters yet I can find 51 on the divination circle. I'm trying to work out how they made words for B, C, D, F and Z mostly.
