Shogun 2 Crashes when attempting to load into ANY battle.

Hello, just recently my Shogun 2 has started crashing when I try and enter any battle, I just did a full reinstall, did everything that was recommended - I deleted the .blob file, script, ran Steam as Administrator, verified game cache and everything.
Any help is appreciated.

Are you trying to run it from an exernal drive not showing in the dxdiag?
www.amd.com and install the latest graphics drivers.
www.soundblaster.com and install the right X-FI sound drivers as the ones in the dxdiag are Microsoft's drivers.
www.realtek.com.tw and install the latest High Definition audio codecs.
Run windows Update manually and install all software options.

Eable/disable the sound drivers in Device Manager to find out which works with the game.
