The Rise of the Samurai campaign takes you back in time, to the Gempei War. Hundreds of years back in time, this campaign DLC focuses on the time when samurai were the legends we know them as.
The DLC not only offers a new campaign, but also several new additions to the vanilla Shogun 2 experience.
The battle of Anegawa, new units for use in multiplayer and four new hero units.
This DLC pack contained all that was initially released only for the Limited Edition of Shogun 2. With a new historical battle and a new clan to play with.
Included is the Hattori Clan, a clan that specialises in ninja arts. Also the Battle of Nagashino, between the Takeda cavalry and Oda and Tokugawa spears and matchlocks.
In addition, it includes special armour for multiplayer avatar and extra XP for your online general.
For the first time ever, with the Blood Pack DLC, you could now play Total War with blood and gore.
is this really necessary? cause its all info you find either on steam or in the encyclopediae
Well, here it is all in one. And as I said, I just wanted to write it because I know it and thought I'd just as well post it. Some might if it useful .
I am thinking of making one with editions and what they include, would that be better?
This is good thread for lazy players, who don't want look answers by steam. Perhaps this thread would be stick up.
Good information. Maybe you should make same as for Fall of the samurai too.
