my encycolpedia is russian!!!!

i bought shogun2 FOTS, and i found it contain shogun 2 vanilla, ROTS, FOTS together
and i was elated,
but then when i click encyclopedia i found it is in Russian, i have no idea what it says

i tried to use steam, but it says no internet connection (well, we have the worst internet service in the world)
so would some one upload English version for me, don't forget to delete the video folder inside, it 1.26 GB and the remaining encyclopedia id less the 90 MB, no need

There is a language option someplace in Steam. Try there.

Yes, the internet is killing your experience, and I could close this thread with this knowledge because this makes it an illegal copy.
Only copies activated and updated through Steam are legal copies.
Get a Steam account and spend a week doing it right. Even here in the US, places that only have dial up have to do it this way or not at all and that's only ten miles from my house.

e.g. my line is 256 kb but my limit 1 gb downloading (surfing and watching videos, images, listening to music still included)
and the ecyclopedia is 1.26 gb
