If the enemy didnt send one or two soldier stacks at your fully stacked army backed by another two full stacks, the only reason i mention this and other people have mentioned this is because it keeps continuing on, like the way they also put questionable troops in their armies and use them as the base unit, like in rome they would comprize most of their stack with wardogs or even arty pieces or gladiators like wtf, or in empire they would use all malitia even though they were the richest faction in the gamesame with shogun 2, when will this madness end? and yes that was indeed one whole sentence :3 well now that we got that out of the way, i would like to see beards for all the factions, yes beards, for the generals for the infantry for the cavalry for the elephants i dont care i just want to see some form of beard! next on the list is the problem of the optimization, we all know that is complete bs, like lets get with the times eh? for all those that run on a computer from the 1980s, how have you not found the time or resourses to alteast get a refurbished computer? also im done talking bout' the problems that havent gotten fixed since the first shogun that got released in june of 2000! mighty lord, now i think that something like mods would be a really obvious one which again has not been adressed since empire total war and after. also i would really enjoy seeing the enemy try and pull some campaign map tactical movements like if they are in a bad position ie. you having a load of troops and money to steamroll them, then they would abandon their outside regions and reinforce their capital with as many troops as posible and burn their buildings in the cities they abandoned
haha i remember back in the days of shogun 2 and before (every total war game) that the enemy would not give two cares about their capital and if they had an army near their defending capital they would move it away, like wtf lol? i would also like the naval battles to be, well not boring, not to be mean but i thought the naval battles in shogun 2 were a bit bland, but they had good graphics and mechanics if that makes you feel better. and the ones in empire and napoleon felt really unimportant, like every turn there would be a 1v1 ship battle that i would usually just autoresolve. so yeah, maybe some way to make it more epic? surprize us total war fans
! so yeah, i suppose i really hit the nail on the head on some parts hear, but i said what needed to be said. good luck and cheers to creating my favorite game series of all time!
