you just cant conquer regions outside of the limitation. BUT you are allowed to access that territory with your troops and kill off the enemy faction OR ally the enemy faction.
however if you conquer a region outside the limitation you will be heavily fined and the region will be gifted to the AI.

no rewards for roleplaying - too much work for the admin to keep track.
BUT i always encourage roleplaying in hotseats. i do it myself very often ^^

Hey stouft, long waiting turn in ROAK make me sick. Can you open one more slot like Rus or Kiev so that I can join in but trim down their owned regions? Eg. Rus gives aways its regions in the East?
