    Default Medieval Conquest Mod


    Hi. I'm reskinning most of the Islamic units now. Except BC i don't see new units in other mods and i decided to make new textures for Islamic units. I also added KOJ and POA to grand campaign and added them new units and armour upgrade to their existed units. It's near to finish i'm planning to release them in a few weeks. Here is some pics:

    Islamic units are nice but best are the Noble Knights, Crusader Longbowmen and the Mitbruder!

    But why Dismounted Polish Knights are now just mailed and not with plates??? Perhaps you misled the name with Dismounted Polish Nobles?

    I reduced Polish Knights stats and i don't like the units which share same models so i changed their skin.

    But why? Why in your opinion Poles needs ahistorical and archaic unit like the one you skinned? Where is the logic here? Poland in the aspect of armour was at the same level like for example HRE and this is valid expecialy for the era of plate armoury. I guess you just don't like the Poles...

    Why do you think like that I like the Poles.

    Some things are not certain. Maybe i'll use this skin for the Polish nobles. I'll not weaken the Poland i'm planning to give them 2 powerful heavy infs so i have to make some changes for their cavalries.

    These are getting better, I really like your Turkish units. They don't have the ugly vanilla skins that most mods seem to follow. Especially the new jannisaries, they actually look like 1400-1500 era . If you're feeling ambitious, here are some really good late era Turkish skins made by Dome (the creator of Magyar Mod) for inspiration:

    Thanks mate. I know those units and they are very good. I saw them first in the Mohacs video which has english subtitle finally.

    Irishron has allowed me to use the map of Regions & Provinces Mod. Thanks to irishron again. This mod is not going to be a minimod i'm working on the new units right now. Hopefully i can finish it in a few months.

    If i can get the permission of some files, i'll use these units.

    I'm really liking that mail texture, and the new mounts look great. Do you by any chance know if the new mounts use the Marka Horse animations (the ones created by the Ruischi team in order to make better horses) or the vanilla horse animations?

    Oh, and in the meantime while your work on the newly expanded project, are you planning to release any of the Turkish/Christian units from the first post as a bit of a unit pack like you did before?

    Those units are fantastic, kind of a noob question, is this related to the eras total conquest mod or is this a standalone mod?

    I'm thinking about adding Rusichi horses into this mod and the horses i made are vanilla horses.

    I'm not planning to release as a unit pack. I hope i will finish this mod.

    Thanx for the rep. I used classic programs. Mesh_2_Ms3d or Goat and milkshape for the models, photoshop for the skinning job.

    It is stand-alone mod as it's posted here and not in their forum and I don't think this mod is related to eras total conquest.
