Is it possible on the battlefield to send a army unit to a specific spot slightly arched instead of in linear lines?

creating the desired formation and grouping them would typically work.

exept for MP battles, you can pause the game, change formation of your army (by moving individually moving units too) and regroup them.

Basically:

start of battle: set units in the formation you want.
mark all units
click group button.
and tada, you're done.

mid-battle:
pause game
click group button to dissolve the group you set.
order units into new formation as you like
unpause
group the units again when done.


For MP its harder as you cant pause. doable to a extent with hotkeys though
