Honestly, not to be mean, but Shogun 2 is just an meh game and espeacially a meh game to mod unless you only stick to japan and wo knows maybe south korea and islands. Yet this isnt much of a mod compared to MTW2 mods such as Kingdom's TATW or Stainless Steel. We shouldn't relie on the sucess of the second shogunate to rule our Future!

Also japan was a bit isolated from the more interesting part of the world (Europe, Phoenican Colonies to be exact and middle east.)

Well clearly there are different opinions on "more interesting part of the world" to different people, kind of ignorant to say only certain regions are more interesting than others. Unless, of course, you mean more people have a general knowledge of that certain geography, in which case you would say:more people have better understanding of that area. However back on topic, if you include fall of the samurai, who knows, someone may make a kick ass Victorian age mod with the new mod tools. Can't wait to see big pre-dreadnought battleships duking it out.

That is your opinion. My personal opinion is that Shogun 2 is the most well-balanced of all CA games. My personal favorite is how Rome.

Majority of what you state is your opinion and everyone will have different one.

Now I think depending on how the mod tools go on Shogun is very important. We see a lot of good quality maps now this should tell CA that they can hold off adding extra features to custom maps and instead pull the resources into other areas where mod tools can be improved for Rome 2.

You really expect CA to consider, what you are saying after you just insulted them for their latest game?

I don't see this going anywhere. Closed.
