    Default Competitive AI for Rebels

I hate passive and camping rebels, they just sit there and wait for their regions to be conquered. So i think it would be cool to give them as good AI as an ordinary AI faction has. The rebels could recruit units and build buildings etc. And the spawning rebels could move more smartly and unite with other rebel troops and assault settlements. What do you think?

I believe the RR/RC compilation already have 'active' rebels.

Yup, you are right. I think that will make the campaign become more interesting

In the RR/RC Compilation rebels sometimes attacked my under-garrisoned settlements. You can ask in the Mod Workshop how such feats can be achieved.
