Is it possible and if so how, to change add for example the training ability of the foreign veteran to another agent say like a monk from the other two campaigns. I have tried adding the effect to the monk and it shows up in game however the effect is not produced. Is this a hard coded issue or do i simply need to edit more values or add some in.
