Default Ridiculously weak chaos dwarf armies

Fighting against the chaos dwarf armies as Slaanesh (Undivided) has been ridiculously simple seeing as their core are goblin slaves. My question is this, are the goblins and occasional orcs supposed to be so weak? For example, attack Kuls Settlement before I became Undivided, approximately 4000 vs. 5000 and I kill all of them with only 100 losses. In some cases of 1200 vs. 500 I won't lose a single unit.

That shows a severe lack of balance, but we already know the game has a lot of problems in that department!

Chaos Dwarfs currently don't have many heavy units and less than half their TT roster. The most difficult units to recreate in MTW2 are all the engines as in TT they are powerful but also unreliable. Only way to show that in MTW2 is a bit weaker and highly inaccurate but it makes battles play a bit oddly for factions whose rosters are supposed to use engines.

They seem like they are in a hard start too. Although Nordland seems worse in that regard, if not in a safer position.

Actually I was thinking another way to show powerful engines was to make them accurate but very, very long reload time and low ammo. That might be better than the current lots of ammo, inaccurate, and somewhat powerful.

Their blunderpuss units absolutely murder anything within their range.

Yeah sure, but that really doesn't help them much against the Mounted, and even unmounted Daemonettes of Slaanesh. Given how they can reach them before they get to fire off one shot.

I don't know if that's such a big problem, I mean with the range they have, they're almost a javelin unit, albeit an extremely powerful one at that. In any case, from my impression of them I do think they can get a shot off, they'll just be hit in the instant right after with no chance to retreat or get into guard position.

Usually they get a shot off but without the right map or positioning they are quite difficult to use due to LoS so its not good to have more than a couple in an army and so you can win battles but very messy while sieges are really difficult as attacker though kinda easy to defend.

i place them behind the lines on the flanks, as soon as melee is engaged, i run them around the flank and shoot the enemy in the back at close range BAAHMMM!!!
