one thing i dont like in the mod is this. cities dont have enough unreast even with max tax,being recently conqured while there are many happiness giveing buildings.

. i would like to make to get more unreast from maximum taxes.
also more satisfying would be this. can i do something like they are going to eb 2 (cities when conqured start at 50 of happiness and not 100.
how can i do these

when you just conquered a city, don't you think the people there would be afraid to come out of their houses to get killed by the occupying forces? they just lost you know. revolt and they would be killed. no one would protect them since their garrison army is dead.

So clone, you're saying you would prefer to have MORE unrest? Seems like they've got enough already; if conquered cities started out with one-half the happiness they get now, most victorious armies would probably be kicked out by revolt, even after enslaving the population. That seems a trifle extreme to me .
