    Default export_descr_character_traits

    I want to make some basic changes in the "export_descr_character_traits" what I did for all Total War games I play, but I have CTD if I change anything in this file even if it is just simple comment line. I found the entry of "export_descr_character_traits.txt" in the files /ebCheckList.txt and /EB/validation/eb.jar , so it looks like some protection but I cant remove it. Any help ?

    I encountered the same problem (using Windows notepad), and found the solution here, fourth entry by Bobbin:

    Also these files need to be edited in a advanced text editor like notepad++ as basic text editors like notepad don't save them correctly
