Cant Get Past Title Screen

Hi

Installed on brand new PC and cant get pass the initIAL Flash Player screen once selected Directx 11. Can start on DirectX11, however when selecting to create a new campaign, once a faction is selected the game loads and returns to the title screen.

Have updated all my drivers and def have direct x 11 supported graphics card.

Any ideas how I can get it to play please? Its driving me insane...

Sorry thats meant to say "can start on DirectX 9, however......."
