Installation on Steam never goes beyond 10%

Hi.

I've recently re-installed Steam and bought the FotS addon for Shogun (I think before trying to re-install Shogun). Since then whenever I try to install any TW game it goes to somewhere around 2 to 10 % before download speed falls gradually to zero and the update pauses. Usually at this time everything on the computer freezes for a couple of moments or longer.

This happens only with TW games.

I've re-installed Steam again and the same happens. As far as I can tell no one seems to have this problem anywhere or at least I wasn't able to find posts regarding to this. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.

IF you can get into Steam and start a download, the problem is actually theirs.
Have you tried changing servers in Steam?

I did now, but the problem remains.
Guess I'll have to wait for an answer from the Steam team then ... not that they could help me with very much so far. :-(
