    Default Propper fighting styles...

    Hello fellow total war fans

So i suppose that most if not all of you know that this is supposed to be the most detailed over the top total war game to date, which is expected of course :3 anyway, i think it really wouldnt be to much to ask for nor hard to make it so each faction/soldier has his/hers own historically accurate fighting style. maybe impliment it like you hold shift to break formations and this is only availible to the more civilized factions like Rome, Greece and Carthage, the barbarian factions like the Aeudi and Sweboz would not have something like this. and for the more civilized factions, if you didnt attack like that (telling unit to break formation) they would attack closley packed and move together. Or maybe each faction that has a phalanx formation available to them, it would be slightly different, so a classic Greek style phalanx would not be exactly the same as a carthaginian phalanx or armenian phanlanx.

I agree with you Fidelis I would love to see historical accurate fighting styles, that would certainly add a lot of flavour to the game.
