Re: The Red Lake Rebellion, 180 AL (Closed RP for BF and M. Laveur)
The Tyrell forces and Rowan levies met at a ford in the Green River, a bit south of Goldengrove.
The armies of Red Lake, Holy Hall, and Ivy Hall, had just the day before begun to besiege Goldengrove.
"It is good to see you here Victarion. It is gracious of both you and your brother to aid us in this affair." Hallys greets.
"You can see their camps below Goldengrove's walls from here; Crane's levies are based across the river on the northwest side, Graceford's levies are closest, and Kidwell's camp is on the eastern side.
We outnumber their combined forces, but we should still be careful in attack. We need to conserve numbers if we are to crush the rebellion, as we need to capture their lands after too."

An Emmisary arrives and adresses the besieges.
By royal edict, you are commanded to return to your homes immediately. You are interfering with official business.

"Let's hope they drop their weapons and leave, else this will be the last day for most of them, and the last good day of the rest. Let's give them the rest of the day. If they have not responded with a Seven colored flag, I will send the skirmishers to lure them out."

Ser Marq stone, Hedge Knight extraordinaire, arrives at the Goldengrove castle. He is riding toward the larger camp of the two, holding a small banner with his sigil. As soon as he reaches the outer perimeter, he asks to speak with Lord Goldengrove.

OOC: It's Rowan, not Goldengrove. The Rowans rule Goldengrove.
The guards he spoke to just blinked at him a few times, and smiled a tad to each other, and then one walked off into the camp, saying "Aye, just waltz into a camp and demand to see a lord" under his breath.
After a time, he came back, and led the hedge knight through the camp, guiding his harness.
They came to a large tent, with designs of tall and elegant flora all about it.
Inside waited a long haired young man, his doublet a light brown with golden leaves upon it.
He was reading a large record book at a table.

The three lords come forward with their banners, Lord Crane, Lord Graceford, and Lord Kidwell.
Their camps begin to back off the walls, and Felton Rowan rides out of Goldengrove with some knights.

Lord Victarion addressed Lord Hallys,
"What will you do with these? If I could give some advise... offer them a pardon for a fine, and to give you their heirs as wards in Goldengrove. That should keep them in line."

"If I may say so m'lord, I would suggest you take their heirs as wards to Highgarden. They are your vassals, and thus they must learn from you, not from their neighbor.
As to the punishment, I believe the King has his say in the end. He may send them to the Wall, or perhaps just fine them. As long as they never harass my family again, I am at peace with the situation."
Felton Rowan and his escort ride up to Lord Hallys, and they talk a bit quietly off to the side,
their tones rising every once in a while like typical siblings.
