Diplomacy For Generals
I know this is sort of a feature when u send a diplomat to a general he can negotiate, but i would like to be able to send my General himself to negeotiate, like why not? The old influence + Diplomacy + power + Wealth things could also play a factor in negotiations, generals shouldn't be restricted to be City Mayors or Brutish Generals.
Honestly this is a small feature which i think could help out with the immersion with the game.
Ex: "Hmm, Ceasar decides to not come himself!? what a coward, i utterly reject this proposal".
