Stange ultra brightness at start

When i start the game it gets a very light sort of glow , like my brightness is highest possible.
But when i go to video options i dont really know what to change to get that away.
HOw do i remove it?? , its not my brightness of my computer cause its only when i start RSII

It sounds like it could be the bloom effect that is optional. What bloom effect did you choose?

I find any level of bloom is too bright for me and have turned it off....
