According to the files the State Gift Diplomatic effect can be solved with the following equation:

(IN GAME) State gift diplomatic effect = (gift_value * state_gift_multiplier_linear) + (gift_value * gift_value * state_gift_multiplier_quadratic / root(combined_gdp))

Then on the linear line it has a modifier of .03 while on the quadratic line it has 2e-05

Can anyone elaborate on what this actually means? Is it taking into account your gdp, the targets or both? How significant is changing the .03 to say .06?

And what exactly is 2e-05?
